At The Dog Bakery, we want your pup to look their best, so if your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, free of pet hair, and with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the items are hair-free and unworn, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
